UNO MAS continues its ongoing “Eat, Drink, Think Spain” series this July, as the 54^th-floor restaurant welcomes Mr. Oscar Rioja, export manager of Baron De Ley Group, for an evening of extravagant Spanish dishes paired with expertly selected Rioja wines.Seating is limited for this one-off dinner, which is being held on the evening of July 12 (that’s a Thursday) at the dining deck of UNO MAS. The full six courses with wine pairing is priced at THB 2,990 NET per person. We are delighted to offer 15% discount for members of Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce.The menu for the night promises a combination of UNO MAS’s all-time favorite signature dishes as well as a few new additions courtesy of our in-house chef and his team.Some of the highlights include Spider Crab ‘Txangurro’ From the Basque Country paired with a “Tres Vinas Blanco Reserva, Baron De Ley, DOC Rioja 2013”; Spanish Suckling Pig ‘Pablito Del Monte’ paired with a “Coto De Imaz Gran Reserva, DOC Rioja 2010 Tempranillo”; and ‘Rabo de Toro Cordobes’ (stewed oxtail stuffed with foie gras) with a “Numerus Clausus, Finca Museum, DO Cigales 2009 Tempranillo”
