Re-energise the spirit and body by joining us in our “Yoga on the Helipad”, a meditation session on the helipad of the hotel as the sun goes down, together with breezy vibes alongside the river. Our special guest, Ms. Sutthita Suraprayanon, a well-known Thai personal trainer, will share with us her personal tricks to stay strong and active and promote wellness exclusively on 22 September 2018 from 3:30 p.m. onwards.
On 23 September 2018, the hotel celebrates wellness with an “Aqua Dance” in the mid-tropical tranquillity of the Shangri-La Wing’s pool from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Guests can also indulge in the wide selection of healthy food options at NEXT2 Café during breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and during lunch from noon to 2 p.m. from 22 to 23 September 2018.
CHI, The Spa reinforces wellness by inviting guests to restore their body with “Weekend Pampering”. Guests may also extend their relaxation with a complimentary Express Facial treatment for 30 minutes when they book a 90-minute massage from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., available only during this distinctive weekend.
