WINE DINNER WITH ITALIAN OPERA
Capture the spirit of Italy in a magical evening of beautiful music and superb food when Chef Francesco Bettoli serves a five-course Italian menu paired with Amarone della Valpolicella from Veneto, Italy plus the mellifluous sounds of timeless classics by our resident Opera singer. The elegant dinner will be begun with canapés at The Bar and then onto the first appetizer
with Lobster terrine with basil jelly, orange espuma. Next enjoy the perfect balance of taste with Handmade green tagliatelle with 24 months Parmigiano fondue, summer black truffle. Following is Slow cooked lamb loin with barley, sweet bell pepper sauce and cumulating with the unique US Wagyu Rib eye with mini eggplant Parmigiana, Amarone reduction sauce. The grand finale of this special dinner is a My Grandmother’s summer tiramisu.
