Introduction of IDA Annual Meeting
In order to encourage the worldwide Chinese insurance and financial services industry to develop prosperously and exchange of learning and communications, IMM held the first Worldwide Chinese Life Insurance Congress (WCLIC) in 1996. Later at 2nd WCLIC of 1998, IMM announced to set up the International Dragon Award (IDA). Since 2000, IDA Annual Meeting has taken place in Honk Kong, Macau, Dalian, Xian, Chiang Mai, Chengdu, Xiamen, Singapore, Taipei, Chongqing, Seoul, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, Melbourne and Kunming. IDA has been the grand gathering and ceremony for all of the worldwide Chinese insurance and financial professionals.

IDA Annual Meeting will take place yearly, which will be held together with the Worldwide Chinese Life surance Congress (WCLIC) biennially. IDA and WCLIC are the learning palace and grand ceremony beyond languages, borders, regions, companies, races, and cultures. We encourage not only healthy, free, and joyful messages, but also to promote the professional, self-confident, and respectable spirits. IDA has established firmly the worldwide Chinese position among usually-focus-on-English financial and issuance international stage. After many year operation, management, and accumulation, IDA has set up its influence in the nsurance industry. All of the worldwide Chinese insurance and financial professionals and top managements join in this annual meeting, which has become the grand ceremony of this industry.
