Australian comedian Greg Fleet performing in Bangkok on August 11

Australian Comedy Legend Greg Fleet comes to Bangkok!

Fleet began his acting career in the early 1980s with several performances in Australian television series including Matthew and Son alongside Nicole Kidman in 1984, Prisoner in 1985, Australian mini-series A Thousand Skies and The Flying Doctors 1986. Fleet's most well known role was that of Dave Summers in Neighbours where in his most dramatic sequence he kills the popular character of Daphne in a car accident.

Since then Fleet has been a regular stand-up comedian around Australia and the world, and has appeared on many TV and radio comedy programs, including The Comedy Channel's Stand Up Australia, Full frontal, The Comedy Company, Triple M's Get This with Tony Martin, Real Stories on the Ten Network, and provides the voice of "Sandy" the Yellow Labrador in TV commercials for the Home Hardware.

Fleet has been a hit at the big festivals around the world and recently completed his 30th Melbourne International Comedy Festival show where he is a constant feature of the 'The Gala' .

In 2015, Fleet starred in the Australian zombie comedy film Me and My Mates vs the Zombie Apocalypse, alongside fellow Australian comedian Jim Jefferies.

Fleet is also an accomplished writer, having released Thai Die (2002) and memoir These Things Happen (2015) and his most recent The Good Son (2018)

This event will also raise funds for The Duang Prateep Foundation. ฿100 from each ticket sold will go to this a wonderful local charity who help underprivileged children from the Bangkok slums.
