PKF becomes SEC approved Auditor

PKF is proud to announce that it has been added to the prestigious list of Audit firms in Thailand that are approved by the Stock Exchange of Thailand to audit Listed clients or those which are looking to perform an Initial Public Offering (IPO). With the addition of PKF there are 28 firms who have qualified for this high level of accreditation. Companies and individuals that are approved to this group have to undergo rigorous scrutiny by the SEC to ensure the highest levels of standards, governance and monitoring.

The Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission is an independent public agency under the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992) with the duty to supervise and develop the Thai capital market to ensure efficiency, fairness, transparency and integrity.
