CBRE Appointed as Sole Leasing Agent for Sunny

CBRE Thailand has been appointed by BHIRAJ BURI GROUP as the sole leasing agent for SUNNY at Summer Lasalle, a new 2-storey shopping centre located on Sukhumvit 105 (Lasalle), which is only 5 minutes away from Bearing BTS Station. The project has a total lettable area of approximately 3,600 sq.m. and is expected to be completed in Q4, 2019.
