Christmas Sundowners at The Ambassador's Residence – Wednesday 2 December 2015

 
The festive season is fast approaching and once again the Australian Ambassador to Thailand, H.E. Paul Robillard has kindly offered to host Christmas Sundowners at his residence. This year, AustCham member Food Glorious Food will be working with the Grand Hyatt chefs to provide a traditional Christmas feast with special menu treats using fresh Australian produce! 

AustCham is delighted to invite AustCham and AustralianAlumni to this members only event. Members are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment as tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. All bookings should be made via the AustCham website. 

Bookings are ESSENTIAL! 

**Payment must be made, and tickets collected, by 5pm on Friday 27 November. 

- Prepaid tickets are ESSENTIAL. You will be required to show ID to security to gain entry where names will be confirmed against the booking list. Walk-ins will not be possible. If members would like to use complimentary or pre-paid Sundowners coupons, payment of the difference in cost per ticket (450THB) is necessary. Coupon exchanges and payment of the difference in cost can be made at the AustCham office up until Friday 27 November.

**Payment must be made by Monday 30 November 2015 at the latest. If payment is not received the reservation is not able to be held.

Transportation: Lumpini MRT Station. Please note that there is no car parking available at the Embassy.


***AustCham reserves the right to limit tickets to four per company member. All bookings will be confirmed upon payment and invoiced accordingly. Reservations may only be transferred with the agreement of AustCham. Refunds may be provided where AustCham is able to accommodate a suitable alternate paying guest.
