The Australian - Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) will hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 16:30 on Wednesday 4 March 2020 at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit, prior to our monthly Bangkok Sundowners.

The Board of Directors of the Chamber give notice that the Annual General Meeting No. 1/2020 will be held on 4 March 2020 at [16.30], at [Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit, 491 Sukhumvit Road, Klongtoey Nua, Wattana, Bangkok] to:

  1. Consider and approve the 2019 Annual General Meeting minutes & matters arising;
  2. Consider and approve the 2019 Annual Report;
  3. Consider and approve the Balance Sheet and Statement of Revenues and Expenses;
  4. Consider the reappointment of the Auditor;
  5. Consider the announcement of Honorary Members;
  6. Consider and elect the Board of Directors for the 2020/21 year; and
  7. Consider other business (if any).

All members are welcome to attend the AGM, however, voting is restricted to individual ordinary members or corporate ordinary members who are listed as a primary representative. To ensure a quorum is reached it is important that voting members either attend the AGM or assign a proxy. The completed and executed proxy must be sent by e-mail to executivedirector@austchamthailand.com or by fax to the AustCham Office by 5:00pm on Tuesday 3 March 2020.
