Speaker : Penrurk Petchmani, Senior associate in the firm’s corporate and commercial team from Tilleke&Gibbins, where she specializes in foreign direct investment, corporate compliance, licensing and regulatory compliance for operating businesses, consumer protection, and general corporate matters. She regularly advises clients on the regulatory framework applicable to trading business operators in Thailand, including establishment, foreign ownership restrictions, specific business permits and licenses, rules for nonprofit organizations, and other related matters. She also has extensive experience in e-commerce, marketing activities, and gaming and gambling law.
