AustCham Thailand, in partnership with Kingsgate and Akara Resources, are pleased to invite you to "AustCham Members Site Visit to Chatree Gold Mine at Phichit (Kingsgate & Akara Resources)"

Venue: Chatree Gold Mine, Phichit  

Date & Time: Thursday 28th November, 07:00 - 21:00 hrs

• 07:00 hrs: Depart from Empire Tower (meeting point at lobby level, Starbuck entrance), to Chatree Gold Mine, Phichit Province
• 11:30 hrs: Arrive Chatree Gold Mine & greeting session with Kingsgate & Akara Resources team
• 11:45 – 12:45 hrs: Networking and Lunch
• 13:00 – 13:30 hrs: Safety brief and Site induction, 
• 13:30 – 15:30 hrs: Plant visit  
• 15:30 – 16:00 hrs: Refreshment and Wrap up
• 16.00 – 16.20 hrs: Tree Planting and clean up
• 16:30 hrs: Depart Chatree Gold Mine. Travel to Bangkok (approx. 317km) 
• 21:00 hrs: Arrived AustCham’s Office Building, Empire Tower

• Dress code: All participants must wear long sleeve shirt, long pants, closed toe & closed heel boots or shoes or sneakers (no high-heel), the safety shoes are not provided at the factory tour.  If anyone need special help, please advise in advance.
• Photos and video recording are not allowed during the plant visit.
• Space is limited to 30 participants – 2 participants maximum from each company.

Payment and Cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment not made 2 working days before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list.
• Free cancellation within 2 working days before the event and payments are refundable or transferred to next event’s credit.
• Cancellations received less than 2 working days and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit. For those who haven’t paid will be charged with invoice unconditionally.
• Transferred credit must be used within 6 months from the notice date, otherwise you will NOT be eligible for the use of credit nor refundable to cash.
