Red Sky chef designs unique menu to go with spectacular view


Relax and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Bangkok skyline at Red Sky restaurant on the 55th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Our exciting six-course set menu is paired with fine champagne and wines from around the world.

To create unforgettable meals, Chef Alan Wesley Kwan and his team put all their effort into planning, tasting and implementing unigue menus including exquisite canapés, Oscetra caviar and Elyx vodka with traditional accompaniments, whole Canadian lobster salad with mango, avocado and baby greens, corn and black truffle agnolotti with Girolle mushrooms, corn and parmigiano, Wagyu beef tenderloin “Rossini” with foie gras, truffle, wild mushrooms and Madeira sauce, or butter roasted whole Dover sole “meunière” with capers, shallot butter and potato purée, accompanied by a dark chocolate sphere served with vanilla ice cream.
