What we are offering?

• We will offer a special class reserved only for AustCham Members on Saturday August 19th at 130PM.  This will be our flagship Hollywood Session.  27 stations, 40 seconds activity, 15 seconds rest, 2 laps through…..an amazing mix of cardio and strength all thrown into a 45 minute High Intensity Group Training Session that is better then any workout you have previously experienced.
