Anantara Sathorn Presents the Perfect Pairing of Food and Wine with Paul Jaboulet and Executive Chef Gibb Tasting
Building on the success of Anantara Sathorn’s successful GranMonte Wine & Chef Gibb Tasting nights, Zoom Sky Lounge and Sky Bar and Restaurant is pleased to host our next event, pairing esteemed winemaker Paul Jaboulet with creative culinary masterpieces with a distinctly French flair by Chef Gibb. Held on Thursday 7 September 2017 from 7.30 pm - 9:30 pm, guests are invited to savour a new world of flavours, free flow Paul Jaboulet Wines and DJ beats for 999++ per person.
Chef Gibb’s inspired creations are carefully curated to complement the subtle, distinct flavours of the Paul Jaboulet selections, one of the most esteemed vineyards in the Rhône Valley. Sample a diverse range of provincial French fare from live stations spread across ZOOM’s expansive space. Representatives from the Paul Jaboulet estate are on hand to share their passion about their exquisite vineyard and range of world class wines lovingly produced there.
Relish culinary highlights including French classics like foie gras au torchon, baked camembert with berry compote, grilled côte de boeuf with burgundy jus and sautéed escargots and frog legs with garlic butter.
Take to the skies and find comfort in Sky Bar’s rooftop lounges and sprawling city views. Enjoy the refined charm of Sky Lounge’s comfortable dining booths and floor to ceiling windows as you take in the sprawling metropolis below whilst letting the seductive sounds of DJ Koish transport you.
