AN UPLIFTING THANKSGIVING AT THE PENTHOUSE BAR + GRILL

Elevate your Thanksgiving experience this year at the aptly named Penthouse Bar + Grill, 34th floors afloat over Bangkok.

On Thursday, 23 November 2017, the pocket-friendly restaurant component of the three-floor Penthouse Bar + Grill complex that sits on top of Park Hyatt Bangkok at the beating heart of the city, presents a sumptuous three-course Thanksgiving Dinner expressing all the accumulated expertise of acclaimed Canadian Chef de Cuisine Andrew Dickie and his perfectionist team.

Start with Fall Harvest Velouté, an extraordinary confection of pumpkin, grilled bacon, pear and aged cheddar cheese. Then tuck into Grilled Turkey Breast and Leg Ballontine, which with brussels sprouts, sweet potato, mushroom & pork sausage, cranberry chutney, and turkey gravy leads the charge in taking Thanksgiving dining to another level. And for dessert, enjoy chef’s secret recipe Pumpkin Pie with caramelized pecan nuts and bourbon-laced chantilly cream.

A new benchmark for the giddy heights of honest dining, The Penthouse Grill is announced by an antique BMW motorbike parked at its entrance. The focal point of the graceful Grill itself is its white marble, gold-piping clad open theatre kitchen. There’s a luxury cruise liner state room feel to the place that’s down to its gold stem tables and chairs, curvilinear leather banquettes, marble mosaic flooring, lush foliage, and a city visibility akin to a ship’s bridge.

A bracing background in other words for a Happy Thanksgiving, from The Penthouse family to yours.
