An epicurean buffet feast is prepared for Thanksgiving 2017. Turkey lovers will greatly appreciate the juicy roast, with giblet and cranberry sauces, roasted sweet potato, glazed carrots, Marvin Wood’s Brussels sprouts and much more. In addition to the foie gras and oysters of The St. Regis Epic buffet, as well as the premium main and dessert orders, prepared à-la-minute and served at your table, indulge in seasonally sweet pumpkin pie.
Alongside the feature highlights for each feast, guests can enjoy a wide variety of salads and antipasti, seafood on ice and grilled, beloved Western and Eastern favourites, as well as luxurious fresh pasta dishes and treats hot from the pizza oven. Mouthwatering desserts and cheeses accompany a choice of fine tea and coffee, to conclude the evening dining sensation.
