360 ASSESSMENT AND COACHING – 7 STEPS IN THE PROCESS

STEP 1 Pre-engagement leadership or HR team meeting to tailor questionnaire (60 mins)

STEP 2 Pre-engagement orientation workshop with participating staff (90 mins).

STEP 3 Liaison with participating staff to prepare questionnaire respondents and emails.

STEP 4 Back-end, online set up of questionnaire and management of responses.

STEP 5 Report production and distribution to participating staff.

STEP 6 360 coaching session with participating staff members (60 mins per person).

STEP 7 Post-engagement meeting with leadership or HR team (30 mins).
