Saffron’s much-acclaimed Chef Renu has created a suite of brand new dishes, rendering her signature Thai twist with a dazzling cooking palette of local herbs, nuts, fruit essence and masterfully-blended spice.

Her subtle yet bold seasoning-craft blooms on the palate in such dishes as Chor Maung Phuang Chom Pu (Flower shaped Steamed Dumpling stuffed with Chicken, Almond, Water Chestnut, Macadamia); Khao Soi Heang (Wok-Tossed Chiang Mai Pork Sausage and Egg Noodles in Hang Lay Curry Sauce with Pickled Cabbage), plus many more.
