Chef Pierre Tavernier’s passion for seafood began in his childhood when he visited his family in coastal Normandy.They would visit local fish market, select the best produce, prepare and share memorable meals together. He recreates those experience at Embassy Room from 13th – 19th January. served both during lunch and dinner. A sommelier-selected bottle of white wine provides the perfect compliment.
