Hosted by Campo Viejo Brand Ambassador Darcy Wilkosz, the elaborate seven-course menu features an eclectic mix of fresh tapas and authentic Spanish mains with modern UNO MAS twists, including Josper oven-grilled Galician octopus, Pyrenees creamy rice with truffle and wild mushrooms, and Charcoaled Pressa pork.
