Grill and Say Cheese Returns
We are bringing back our very popular Grill and Say Cheese promotion for round 2 at The Square, Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square! This time we are going bigger and cheesier.
Every Sunday – Thursday night, we will have our fresh melting Raclette cheese along with a giant rib and cheese station with 3 types of cheese to accompany BBQ spare ribs and creamed corn.
The grill station will serve Wagyu topside, Kurobuta tenderloin, lamb chop, prawn, salmon and squid. Another highlight is our live Kushikatsu station, a Japanese dish of deep-fried skewered seafood and vegetables.
Other special dishes include seafood on ice including oyster, crab, whole roasted seabass, truffle cream soup, beef carpaccio, fresh sushi and sashimi.
For dessert we will have assorted Thai and western sweet treats, chocolate fondue, ice cream and more. You don’t want to miss out!
