
Foie Gras Delights At Espresso Intercontinental Bangkok

The mezzanine-level restaurant adds a tempting foie gras menu to its buffet and à la carte selections.
Cold dishes include Foie Gras Terrine and Foie Gras Crème Brûlée, while among hot selections are Wok-Fried Egg Noodles Foie Gras and Roasted Duck, Wagyu Beef Patties with Foie Gras and Fresh Green Peppercorn Sauce and Sea Bass with Foie Gras Emulsion. At the live station chefs will be serving up Foie Gras Sushi Nigiri and Pan-Fried Foie Gras with Thai Aromatic Herb Sauce.
