White Asparagus, the queen of vegetables is offered in a variety of dishes created by Chef de Cuisine Nico Merten at Madison Steakhouse. Try varieties from France, Italy, and Germany in dishes such as White Asparagus Cream Soup, Hokkaido Scallop, or 300g German White Asparagus, New Potatoes, Hollandaise served with your favourite such as Black Angus Tenderloin, Iberico Pork Chop, or Foie Gras.
Take a seat in the contemporary dining room of this award-winning venue to enjoy white asparagus season. A milder taste than its near relative, green asparagus, the vegetable only blooms for a couple of months each year in Europe. Prices are a la carte and start from THB 650++ (prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax).
