A special festive Cheese@SO of December highlights the cosmic pairing of fine wine and splendid cheese at SO Sofitel Bangkok. Enjoy two full hours of free-flow wine tipples with 30 types of cheese nibbles ranging from Comté to Brillat-Savarin and Raclette alongside artisan breads, cold cuts, charcuterie, trimmings, plus live DJ.

THB 850++ per person for unlimited cheese only and THB 1,200++ per person for free-flow wines to match from
7 pm – 9 pm on every first Friday of the month at MIXO Bar (9th floor).

“SO Cheese” selection by Executive Chef Thomas Smith includes: Brie de Meaux, Comté, Valençay, Camembert, Manchego, Brillat-Savarin, Morbier, Mimolette, Roquefort, Parmesan, Coulommiers, Gouda, Tête de Moine, Gruyère, Provolone, Camembert Calvados, Petit Gros Lorrain, English Cheddar Cheese, Goats Cheese with Nut Crust, Petit Blanc, Molone, Longkhot Ashed, Buchette, Emmental, Smoked Cheese, Reblochon, Edam, Coeur de Neufchâtel, Brique du Nord, and Raclette.
