Enjoy a heartwarming culinary experience with a 5-course set menu specially prepared by Chef de Cuisine Pierre Tarvernier and his team paired with some of the finest wines for you to enjoy the festive season. Be filled with cheer and wonder with acapella Christmas carols and live musical entertainment throughout the hotel.

Celebrate Christmas with a brunch at the Embassy Room featuring premium beef cuts and seafood from the open-kitchen theatre and tasty offerings from The Pantry.
Enjoy BBQ grills by the poolside terrace complimented by live Jazz performance from Dixieology.
