Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok jubilates ebulliently with “Christmas Eve at Scalini”

On Monday 24th December, Scalini presents a lavish Christmas Eve buffet dinner with a wide selection of traditional festive dishes including roast turkey, honey-glazed ham and roasted Australian rib eye beef.  The extensive choices of shellfish and seafood include Fin de Claire oysters, sushi and sashimi, Australian black mussels, fresh river prawns, crusted Atlantic salmon and Alaskan king crab.

Festive desserts include Christmas log, stollen, fruitcake and gingerbread loaf as well as a chocolate fountain, macaroons, egg nog cheesecake and traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.

Scalini Christmas Eve festive dinner is priced at THB 2,800 net. AustCham members receive a 15% special discount from the regular price.

Scalini is preparing to welcome the New Year with an Extravaganza Buffet Dinner on Monday 31 December featuring a fantastic selection of premium dishes including Boston lobster (cooked to order), roast rib of beef, lamb, BBQ pork ribs, and Scalini’s special lobster burger. The buffet also features a huge selection of seafood, shellfish (including Fin de Claire oysters), salmon Wellington, Alaskan king crab and a caviar station.

This New Year’s Eve celebration dinner also features an à la carte menu with items such as tournedos Rossini, beef cheek and baked sea bream fillet.

The dinner is priced at THB 2,800 per person with a 15% special discount for AustCham members. Diners may also select a free-flow beverages package (two hours) priced at THB 999 that covers sparkling, red and white wines, house beers, selected spirits and soft drinks.

Live entertainment will add to the atmosphere on this special date. Scalini will remain open until the early hours of 2019 to allow guests to welcome the New Year in style. The buffet closes at 11pm.
