Thai tradition with a twist
A new concept will also hit the juice bar: fresh-squeezed juices inspired by the Zodiac signs and their astrology elements (air, fire, earth, and water) and principles of Thai medicine. All juices are prepared with local ingredients as follows:
January – March: Watermelon Punch (Watermelon, Green Apple and Apple Juice). Fire Zodiac signs are recommended to eat bitter foods.
April – June: Ginger Mojito (Ginger, Lemon Grass, Lemon Juice, Mint Leaves, Brown Sugar). Wind Zodiac signs are recommended to eat spicy foods.
July – September (Earth): Pineapple Paradise (Pineapple, Coconut, Mint Leaves, Honey, Lemon juice). Water Zodiac signs are recommended to eat sour foods.
October – December: Papaya Smoothie (Papaya, Yoghurt, Sugarcane Juice). Soil Zodiac signs are recommended to eat sweet, salty foods.
