White asparagus season is here at Café Claire

Café Claire at Oriental Residence Bangkok welcomes the White Asparagus season from now until the end of June.

Chef Eric Weidmann, a recent Iron Chef Thailand winner, is excited to serve his favourite spring treat while supplies last: fresh white asparagus.

Four authentic French preparations will be offered:

• White asparagus with egg mimosa dressing “Normande style” THB 420
• White asparagus with poached egg and mousseline sauce, smoked salmon THB 480
• White asparagus soup with roasted almond and smoked duck THB 370
• White asparagus with cured ham and béchamel, gratined with parmesan THB 450

Fresh white asparagus prepared in classic French style. For a limited time at Café Claire. Available for lunch and dinner from now until 30 June 2019.
