Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok X OmniMince
The pioneer Hotel in Bangkok to launch plant-based food

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is proud to present its collaboration with Green Monday. Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is the pioneer hotel in Bangkok to introduce plant-based food options for guests. The chefs and the culinary team enthusiastically decided to incorporate OmniMince into our signature dishes at You & Mee, offering a new option to vegetarians/vegans and health-conscious diners. OmniMince is the pork analogue created by Right Treat, the latest food tech arm of Green Monday, a social venture from Hong Kong that promotes sustainability.
To pre-launch the OmniMince menu at You & Mee restaurant, the Tuk-Tuk truck will be set up on its driveway for three days from 5-7 July to welcome all guests with the all-time favorite dish ‘Phad Krapraw OmniMince Rad Khoaw’ (stir-fried spicy OmniMince, mushroom, hot basil, steamed rice - THB 100). The other menu will be available from 8 July at You & Mee, where popular casual Thai food is served in a boulevard ambiance. Asian noodle dishes and delicious snacks are also available throughout the day. Enjoy a variety of OmniMince options such as Larb OmniMince (spicy OmniMince with Thai Herbs - THB 240++), Larb OmniMince Tord (deep-fried marinated spicy OmniMince - THB 220++), Yum Woon Sen OmniMince (spicy glass noodle & OmniMince salad - THB 220++), and Kuay Tiew Tom Yum OmniMince (OmniMince spicy noodle soup - THB 250++).
We care about the future of our planet. We are truly excited to collaborate with Green Monday, the award-winning social venture group in Hong Kong that aims to tackle climate change, global food insecurity and public health issues.
