The first entrée features flavours from Thailand Coast with Oyster, Twist Clam, Shrimp Fat, Scallop, Apple, Lemon, and Horseshoe Crab Roe. Perfectly balanced with the vibrant citrus pith and textural acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc.
