The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Mooncake Festival, is celebrated on the 1st day of the eighth month in the traditional East Asian lunar calendar. Across East Asia, it is a joyous time marked by various customs and festivities, and especially by the enjoyment of sweet and creamy or salty and scrumptious mooncakes, with their round shape and intriguing symbolic patterns.
Liu restaurant’s Chinese Master Chef carefully prepares his homemade mooncakes using only the highest quality ingredients. Try our all-time fav East-meets-West’s flavors, Golden Custard, Classic Durian, Multigrain and White Lotus Paste, beautifully presented in a sophisticated gift box that is perfect.
