Additional to the already excellent seafood selection, Atelier restaurant presents a new live oyster station as an addition to our famous Seafood Sensation and Sunday brunch buffets. Available from 25th July 2019 onwards.
Come and taste the freshest oysters in town at Atelier. With an innovative SEA LIFE oyster tank, we showcase the oysters in a controlled temperature of 4-8 °C - the environment close to their natural habitat. Thus, our oysters are fresh and alive – right on our buffet spread. They are just waiting for our chef to freshly shuck them for your tasting delight. It can’t get any fresher than this!
Alongside the oysters is a selection of traditional Western and Thai condiments. From lemon wedges to Thai seafood sauce, you will find ways to up your oyster game at Atelier’s live oyster station. For a perfect dining experience, we recommend pairing your oysters with a glass of dry white wine (or two)!
