BARONE RICASOLI, BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO WINE DINNER
Relish glorious wines from Barone Ricasoli, Italy’s oldest winery dating back to 1141, paired with a sublime five-course menu by Executive Chef Philippe Gaudal. What surprises does Chef Philippe have in store pairing his food and featuring some great vino from Chianti Classico Gran Selezione ‘Castello di Brolio’and the equally remarkable Brunello di Montalcino ‘Torre della Trappola’. A not-to-be-missed occasion on Friday 27th September 2019 at Baht 3,600++ at Rib Room and Bar Steakhouse, located at the 31st floor of The Landmark Bangkok.
The elegant dinner will be begun with canapés at The Bar and then onto the first appetizer
with Needle bean, crawfish, crème fraîche, oyster caviar. Next enjoy the perfect balance of taste with Monkfish “matelote” braised in red wine, pearl onion, pancetta, and porcini mushroom. Following is Homemade roast duck sausage, foie gars, potato gnocchi, duck jus
and cumulating with the unique Slow cooked US beef sirloin, with “Panisse Niçois”, olive tapenade, semi-dried tomato, and beef jus. The grand finale of this special dinner is a Savarin Amaretto, apricot amarena jelly pistachio ice cream.
