On Christmas Eve (Tuesday, November 24, 2019)

Front Room - Join us for a dinner of discovery as Chef Rungthiwa (Fae) Chummongkhon and her team take guests on a journey of innovative Nordic-Thai cuisine. Dine on a tantalizing seven-course menu created exclusively for the festive celebrations, and witness Chef Fae and her team in action in their open kitchen.

Dinner is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and priced at THB 5,500++ per person (food only). An option of wine or juice pairing is available at an additional cost.

The Brasserie - Celebrate Christmas Eve with family and friends in the comfortable ambience of The Brasserie. Treat yourself and your loved ones to our extensive festive buffet featuring premium seafood, charcuterie and cheeses, as well as a variety of yuletide desserts. Soups and main courses are included, and will be prepared à la minute.

The Christmas Eve Buffet is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and is priced at THB 3,500++ per person (food only), THB 4,500++ per person including free-flow house wine, and THB 2,500++ for children aged 6-12 years when dining with adults.  

Bull & Bear - The perfect place for celebrations with a bird’s eye view of Bangkok. Enjoy a special festive five-course set dinner menu prepared by executive chef Alessandro Santi. Highlights include Seared tiger prawn, Crab tian with chili cocktail sauce, and 55-Day dry aged wagyu sirloin.

Dinner is available from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and is priced at THB 7,500++ per person for a five-course dinner with wine pairing.

On New Year’s Eve (Tuesday, December 31, 2019)

Front Room – Dine on an innovative seven-course menu of Nordic-Thai cuisine created exclusively for the festive season. It promises to be unforgettable, with highlights including King Kong crab served with chili milk and herb emulsion, Foie gras terrine with orange purée and almonds, and Slow-cooked lamb rack with morel, potato and truffle sauce.

Dinner is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and is priced at THB 5,500++ per person (food only). An option of wine or juice pairing is available at an additional cost.

The Brasserie Revel in a lively New Year’s Eve with a gathering of family and friends over an exceptional dinner. The New Year’s Eve Buffet features fresh premium seafood, charcuterie, cheeses and mouthwatering desserts. The selection of main courses includes Grilled tiger prawn, Seared Hokkaido scallop, Classic roast turkey roll, Grilled wagyu tenderloin and much, much more.

The New Year’s Eve Buffet is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and is priced at THB 4,500++ per person (food only), THB 6,500++ per person including free-flow wine, and THB 2,500++ for children aged 6-12 years when dining with adults.  

Bull & Bear– On this special night, treat yourself and your loved ones to a meal to remember. Enjoy a glass of champagne at sunset before dinner, or join us later in the evening to ring in the New Year with the rest of Bangkok and witness the sky light up with spectacular fireworks after midnight.

Dinner is available with two seating times: Sunset Dinner (5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) or Fireworks Dinner (8:30 p.m. until late) priced respectively at THB 4,000++ per person for a five-course dinner (food only) and THB 10,000++ per person for a five-course dinner with a glass of champagne and wine pairing.

The Loft & Champagne Bar – Part of the hotel’s jewels in the crown, The Loft & Champagne Bar are the perfect spots to be to ring in the New Year in style, with their distinctive interior designs and stunning views of the city. Spend the last hours of 2019 indulging in spirit-based cocktails prepared by Michele Montauti and his team, who also offer an extensive wine list that will delight wine and champagne connoisseurs. The evening will be accompanied by a live DJ performance at The Loft and a live band at The Champagne Bar as we wait together for the countdown fireworks that welcome in 2020.

A minimum spend of THB 5,000++ per person is required at The Loft and THB 7,500++ per person at The Champagne Bar.

Peacock Alley  – Ring in the New Year in the elegant setting of Peacock Alley. As the clock ticks towards the midnight hour, enjoy the dramatic cityscape while waiting for spectacular post-countdown fireworks. A live music performance will keep you and your loved ones entertained throughout the evening.

The New Year’s Eve Countdown at Peacock Alley starts from 9:00 p.m. until late and is priced at THB 3,500++ per person for canapés and a glass of champagne.

Relax in the iconic Peacock Alley with our Festive Afternoon Tea and savor the treats of the holiday. The special Festive Afternoon Tea set includes Lemon meringue tart, Santa blueberry choux, Coconut mousse, Pineapple and lime cake, Grand Marnier macaron, Green tea Christmas tree, Festive scones with homemade clotted cream and jam, and many more delicious festive sweets and savories.

The festive afternoon tea is available daily now through Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is priced at THB 2,200++ per set (for two persons).

Special festive cocktails at The Loft 

All through the holiday season, The Loft will be your ideal spot to chill and celebrate with friends, loved ones and colleagues. Bar manager Michele Montauti and his team take inspiration from the original Waldorf Astoria Bar Book of 1935 to craft artisanal spirits and forgotten cocktails for the modern palate using an extensive collection of house-made ingredients. These are accompanied by gourmet bar bites.

During this festive season, Michele is especially looking forward to surprise and delight cocktail-lovers with his daily specials.

Open daily from 5:00 p.m. till late, festive cocktails are priced at THB 450++ per glass.
