13th Anniversary of Rib Room & Bar Steakhouse

Celebrate our award-winning restaurant’s 13th anniversary with a Pauillac Bordeaux wine dinner by Borie-Manoux featuring an amazing five-course set menu inspired by Executive Chef Philippe Gaudal, paired with wines from Château Batailley, an acclaimed winery in the Pauillac Bordeaux region. Baht 4,500++ per personon on Friday 29th November 2019 at only Baht 4,500++ per person at Rib Room and Bar Steakhouse, located on the 31st floor of The Landmark Bangkok.

The elegant dinner will be begun with canapés at The Bar and then onto the first appetizer 

with Hamashi, brown crab, Lemon Caviar, Kohlrabi, Beet, Radish. Next enjoy the perfect balance of taste with Royal Beef Consommé, Truffle Custard, Silver Leaf, Porcini and Oxtail.Following is Pan Fried Duck Foie Gras, “PoireTapée de Rivarenne” French Semi Dried Pear, Duck Jus and cumulating with the unique Ranger Valley Wagyu 7/8 Beef Tenderloin Bone In, Potato Grenailles with Roasted Onion, Brown Butter Espuma, Beef Jus. The grand finale of this special dinner is a Cremeux Nyangbo Poached Cherries, Chocolate Mendiants and Crumble Mignardises.
