Starter

River prawn ravioli with mascarpone and lemon, crustacean bisque

Soup

Butternut squash soup with bacon foam and roasted seed

Fish

Caramelised snow fish marinated with miso and mustard served with truffle risotto and chicken sauce

Meat

Free-range turkey roll stuffed with chestnuts and served with Porto wine sauce

Dessert

Chocolate cake with praline and Tonka ice-cream

Raspberry financier and macaron
