The Prosperous Chinese New Year of the Rat

Executive Chinese Chef Chow Wai Man and his team offers an array of delectable auspicious Cantonese set menu during lunch and dinner from 24 to 27 January 2020.
During this special auspicious period, you and your families can indulge in two meaningful set menus:
- The Prosperity Set at THB25,888 net per table of a maximum of 10 guests
- The Longevity Set at THB29,888 net per table of a maximum of 10 guests
You can also choose to celebrate with our traditional “Lo Hei”, exclusively created by Chef Chow, and toss up as high as possible, symbolizing that the upcoming year will bring you success, prosperity, wealth and longevity:
- Lo Hei Salmon for two to four persons at THB1,288 net, and
- for five to 10 persons at THB1,988 net
- Lo Hei Abalone and Salmon for two to four persons at THB1,688 net and
- for five to 10 persons at THB2,888 net
Shang Palace’s signature à la carte menus and Dim Sum selection will also be available.
To welcome the Year of the Rat and to bring in good fortune, good health and happiness to guests and their families, a traditional lion dance, featuring Chinese drumming and cymbal clashes, will commence at the Shangri-La wing entrance on Saturday, 25 January 2020, at 10.15 a.m.
