Beyond brunch favourites, Atelier’s Sunday brunch offers an indulgent collection of local and international cuisines.   A wide range of seafood on ice is served, fine de claire oysters and New Zealand mussels. From the grill station, guests will find river prawns, juicy beef sirloin, tender lamb chops, as well as decadent foie gras. Aside from barbecue delights, there will also be Chinese delicacies like hot soup, dim sum, Pecking duck and roasted pork, Indian curries and a big pan Paella. As for desserts, the sweets corner will feature our homemade confectionery bars, chocolate fountain, crêpes suzette, artisan ice cream, classic cakes, Thai treats and fresh tropical fruits.
