A special seven-course menu by Chef Fae Rungthiwa Chummongkol takes couples on a culinary journey that both will remember for years to come. Highlights include foie gras ice cream with caramel honey and Chiang Rai genus piper, tiger prawn, riceberry noodle, lemon Puree, turmeric-Prawn Sauce and I Love Rock 'n Roll, a local chocolate mousse served with Chiang Mai strawberry sorbet.
