It’s Valentine’s Day, the work week is over, and the rush to get to your date begins. At Anantara Sathorn, we make it easy: head straight from the office to the stunning ZOOM, a 10-minute walk from Chong Nonsi with a complimentary shuttle van also available.
Your evening begins at sunset, the sky blushing beautiful tones of pink and ochre, best appreciated with a glass of sparkling rosé. Take a seat behind the floor-to-ceiling windows of the sky lounge, on a love seat for two up on the deck, or right at rooftop’s edge.
The evening’s menu is presented Chef Gibb Adtavorn Charoonpontithi, French trained with a flair for modern, innovative cuisine that fuses the flavours of East and West. The 5-course set menu on the rooftop is an exploration of the ocean, with unagi, oyster, scallop and sea bream, while the sky lounge’s 7-course showcase the finest imports of caviar, foie gras and Wagyu.
The setting is perhaps the most exclusive in the city, with only 10 tables available in the lounge, and a few tables per section on the rooftop ensuring intimacy. A sole saxophone carries on the breeze, setting the scene for romance.
