KiSara Showcases Luscious Lobster this Valentine’s Day
On Friday 14 February 2020, KiSara’s Japanese culinary experts, including Chef de Cuisine, Kenji Shindo, and Bangkok’s only female Japanese Teppan Chef, Masami Inoue, will craft a delectable multi-course menu that showcases luxurious lobster and many other indulgent ingredients.
KiSara’s Valentine’s day set menu includes;
- GIAHS Seiryu Nagaragawa no Ayu Kobujime Simmered ayu sweetfish from Japan’s Nagara River
- Homardebi Otsukuri Canadian lobster sashimi
- US Black Angus Beef Kaminabe, served with vegetables, chicken and ginger soup in a traditional kaminabe paper hotpot.
- Homard Ebitsume Furai Deep-fried Canadian lobster claw with a fresh garden salad
- Strawberry & Champagne granita with rose macaroon and fresh mint
- Homard-ebi Teppanyaki Canadian lobster teppanyaki with Japanese lobster sauce
- Unagigohan Seiromushi Steamed, sliced and grilled fresh water eel with egg omelet and shiso leaves on a bed of uruchimai rice
- Chocolate raspberry cake with red wine jelly and almond
Priced at THB 4,800 per couple.
