Savor sumptuous samplers from Akira Back’s signature dishes, including tuna pizza for appetizer, followed by a signature platter of salmon tartare, truffle croquette, lobster roll and A5 beef tataki. End the night with a glass of dessert wine a special sweet treat with. Priced at THB 8,800++ per couple and inclusive of menu sampler and a bottle of Champagne.
