    Hailing from France, Chef Bruno was destined for a career in hospitality, with his father making a name as a chocolatier and his sister running a hotel in Paris. He was passionate about food from a young age and developed his craft at many restaurants around the globe, garnering recognition for his cooking at The Dining Room at The Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, amongst other US restaurants.

    In 2008, Menard’s restaurant L’Osier in Tokyo gained three Michelin stars at once, the highest recognition awarded by the guide. Since then, Chef Bruno has also been a judge on MasterChef Asia and is President of Bocuse D’Or Pacific, the most prestigious food competition in the world.

    Distinguished Chilean Vintners

    For this exclusive evening, Chef Bruno’s food will be paired with the finest vintages from the Concha Y Toro vineyards of Chile. This notable winemaker is a leading brand that is keen on innovation. Diners can enjoy selected wines such as the Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc/Shiraz, Trio from Maipo Valley 2015 with their meal.

    A Gastronomic Delight

    Delight in four courses of delicious food including a lightly poached salmon coated with herbal jelly and horseradish Chantilly, expertly paired with a 2017 Sauvignon Blanc, Sendero, from the Central Valley; and Wagyu beef tenderloin with foie gras carrot flan, Cassis and onion chutney cocoa vinegar, and hibiscus oil.

    This once-off event takes place in Madison Steakhouse from 6.30 pm on Friday 9 March 2018.     The St. Regis Bangkok Presents Sips & Sounds Music Presentations From Master to Rising Stars




    The St. Regis Bangkok, in collaboration with famed Thai violinist Dr. Paye Srinarong, presents Sips and Sounds, a series of sophisticated music constellations, kicking off on 23rd February 2018, from 8:00pm-10:00pm, at The St. Regis Bar, with the renowned JEEB Ensemble.

    The St. Regis Bangkok, in collaboration with internationally acclaimed Thai violinist Dr. Paye Srinarong, proudly presents Sips and Sounds a series of sophisticated music constellations from the masters to the young and rising stars in Thailand. 

     Towards the end of every month, The St. Regis Bangkok hosts this unique collective, Sips and Sounds, comprising three different musical presentations: The St. Regis Master Series, The St. Regis Young Artist Series, and The St. Regis Rising Talents.

It is such a pleasure, to bring my passion and expertise in music, to this collaboration with this luxury Bangkok property.     The St. Regis Master Series will showcase the finest musical crafts by the best professionals in the business, from classical music to jazz and beyond. The premier event, on Friday 23rd February 2018, from 8:00pm to 10:00pm, is being held at The St. Regis Bar. The internationally acclaimed JEEB Ensemble will perform Tchaikovsky's most beloved ‘Souvenir de Florence’, among other classics. 

     The St. Regis Little Artist Series Afternoon Tea Concert sees special performances by extraordinarily gifted young individuals. During Saturday afternoon tea or evenings, discover talents as young as five years old in this family-friendly highlight, for all ages. The debut performance will be held on Saturday 31st March from 2:30pm

    The St. Regis Rising Talents will feature aspiring, and carefully chosen, young local professional music acts, including students from the Viemus Music School and others, with exquisite concerts to accompany evening sessions at The St. Regis Bangkok. The first in this series is set for on Saturday 28th April, from 8:00pm to 10:00pm.

    Together with the renowned St. Regis hospitality, Sips & Sounds is a 2018 cultural phenomenon not to be missed. Experience a range of enchanting musical performances, throughout all three series.
