The coveted crustaceans, roughly the size of a human palm, can only be caught in river deltas as they briefly migrate from their freshwater habitat to the ocean.

Taking full advantage of the most premium crabs to inspire classic and creative Cantonese cuisine fit to pamper the palates of Silk Road’s faithful customers and curious newcomers, the remarkable Hong Kong Chef Kam and his passionate team are poised to pounce with a set menu and an a la carte menu entirely devoted to the priceless produce.

Hairy crab possibilities were never more varied and tantalizing. Consider the subtle flavors of Stir-fried hairy crab with egg white in taro nest and Steamed hairy crab with Chinese tea leaves, for starters. Or the simple elegance of Hairy crab wonton soup and Fired rice with hairy crab.
