EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING - Wednesday 3 December 2014
The Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) Board of Directions wishes to thank all those who participated in last week's
Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and to those members who provided input and feedback during and following EGM.

 A number of issues arose from this feedback and input, which the Board would like to consider further.
To enable the Board to do so, the EGM which was adjourned to Wednesday 12 November, will be adjourned to 3 December 2014.

Any updates to the constitution will be circulated prior to the EGM.

 Voting
Either the Primary or Alternate Representative of Corporate Ordinary and Individual Ordinary members may attend the EGM and cast their vote on the proposed constitution amendments.

 Proxy Votes
 Voting can be done in person or by proxy. Proxy forms can be downloaded here. Proxy forms must be submitted to the AustCham office by 5:00pm on Tuesday 2 December 2014.
