Brendan has 15 years of experience in training and recruitment in Thailand, and joined Adecco last year as Head of Permanent Recruitment Services. As part of his presentation, Brendan will share the results of Adecco’s 2014 survey on the topic “Leave or Stay – What Matters Most?”, and provide an insight into Adecco’s most recent 'Salary Guide' and how compensation plays a part in employee retention.
