Vocational Education Skills and Training Presentation by NS BlueScope (Thailand) Limited

As part of the Asian Business Engagement Plan – Sphere of Influence Project funded by Austrade, AustCham is pleased to invite members and guests to attend a presentation by NS BlueScope (Thailand) Limited on their Vocational Education Skills and Training Model.

Leading Thai and international business people and the Thai Government see improving the education sector as one of the most important challenges for Thailand today. The demand to upgrade the quality and amount of vocational courses as well as a shortage of skilled labor across the building and construction industry, prompted  NS BlueScope (Thailand) Limited to develop an in-house training program. Over the past 18-months,  NS BlueScope (Thailand) Limited has trained in excess of 1000 people across Thailand, the results of which have proven beneficial to both  NS BlueScope (Thailand) Limited and the industry as a whole.
