      On 7 May 2015, the Cabinet endorsed the draft Transfer Pricing Act which will regulate the determination of transfer prices between related companies and even require taxpayers with related party transactions to submit transfer pricing information along with their tax returns annually.

Khun Phongnarin from Dherakupt will discuss the current transfer pricing audit practice of the Revenue Department and discuss how taxpayers should prepare themselves for the upcoming challenges.
