Prior to our monthly Bangkok Sundowners, the Australian - Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) will hold its 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 16:30 on Wednesday 6 March 2019 at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok.
The Board of Directors of the Chamber give notice that the Annual General Meeting No. 1/2019 will be held on 6 March 2019 at [16.30], at [The Grand Hyatt, 494 Rajdamri Road, Lumphini, Patumwan, Bangkok] to:
- Consider and approve the 2018 Annual General Meeting minutes & matters arising;
- Consider and approve the 2018 Annual Report;
- Consider and approve the Balance Sheet and Statement of Revenues and Expenses;
- Consider the reappointment of the Auditor;
- Consider the announcement of Honorary Members;
- Consider and elect the Board of Directors for the 2019/20 year; and
- Consider other business (if any).
All members are welcome to attend the AGM, however, voting is restricted to individual ordinary members or corporate ordinary members who are listed as a primary representative. To ensure a quorum is reached it is important that voting members either attend the AGM or assign a proxy. The completed and executed proxy must be sent by e-mail to executivedirector@austchamthailand.com or by fax to the AustCham Office by 5:00pm on Tuesday 5 March 2019.

Your biography (up to 200 words) should include the following:
Your current position of employment and company name;An overview of your personal work history;A summary of your qualifications;A profile pictureA summary of your qualifications;A brief description of your association with the Chamber; andA statement of interest in becoming an AustCham Director including an outline of how your contribution will strengthen the Chamber.
