Transfer Pricing (“TP”) is arguably the hottest topic in years facing foreign investors wishing to undertake business in Thailand or even Thai local companies undertaking business outside Thailand. 2020 is earmarked as the year that TP becomes law in Thailand and which will have far reaching effects to a large number of existing as well as future investors.
